Carolina Designs Realty is a family-owned vacation rental company located in the Outer Banks of North Carolina. They wanted to implement advanced analytics and more sophisticated marketing automation to improve their revenue.
We analyzed the funnel for both desktop and mobile. From there we used data to determine the three best opportunities to start using marketing automation. We determined an A/B test from that analysis that immediately increased conversions.
We created a strategy for lead captures and personalized automation for each of those three opportunities. We then built and deployed pop-ups, created emails, and setup the automation.
The first campaign increased conversions by 189% compared to the standard funnel, and all campaigns created a 500% increase in leads.
We are currently in the process of transitioning Carolina Designs Realty from Mailchimp to a more robust automation tool so we can continue to build out their marketing automation.
